How are the roses shipped?
 The individual roses are usually shipped out the next day they have been ordered. We send them UPS Ground which will usually take 3 to 4 days to arrive at their destination.

Unique requests for custom message roses may take a few more days depending on the specific message request.

 The bouquets are currently taking a week to process due to heavy demand. Once complete, we will usually ship them UPS Ground which will usually take 3 to 4 days to arrive at their destination.

 We gladly accept checks and money orders for mail order transactions. Checks and money orders need to be made payable to: Paper Productions

On line orders are limited to paypal or major credit cards. If you are ordering with a personal check or money order , your order will not be shipped until the check clears. Unfortunately, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.

 We will gladly exchange our products if you are not satisfied with them, but no refund will be given. Customer is responsible for the shipping fee on all return items. You may return a purchase within 20 days of the shipment date for replacement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The packing slip must be included in all returns. Please indicate the reason for return. We recommend insuring your return, since we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected returns.

Color Disclaimer
Due to many contributing factors, we cannot guarantee that
the colors displayed on the website will exactly match the
color of the product. There are many variables which can
change the way you "see" the colors as you view our site.
Computer monitors are capable of displaying up to 32million
colors and the human eye can only decipher a very small
fraction of those colors. And within that small fraction, we
all see them differently. In addition, people's monitor settings
may influence how colors are displayed depending on each
individual monitors brightness and contrast settings.

**Computer monitors have inherent limitations, and
electronically reproducing color on the Internet is imprecise.
Therefore, we cannot assure you that what you see
accurately portrays the color. We have gone to great lengths
to portray colors as accurately as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
 Yes, we do ship our origami paper roses around the world. There will be an additional charge to ship internationally since the shipping charge that is assessed at time of order only reflects domestic (United States) shipping costs.

The additional shipping charge covers the extra cost of international shipping, plus a small charge for packaging your order for international travel ( if shipping other than a single rose, i.e. bouquet). The additional shipping charge will be indicated in a separate shipping invoice that is e-mailed to you after you place your order. Once the additional shipping charge is paid your order will be processed.

Please note that we are not responsible for any Import Fees that may be assessed by your country.

Shipping to the United Kingdom:

Individual rose orders (vase not included) to the United Kingdom currently cost approximately $27 to ship Priority Mail International. Estimated deliver time is 6 to 10 business days. Paper Blooms charges no more than what it costs us to ship your order.
What is the farthest place you have shipped your origami paper roses? The farthest place we have shipped our origami paper roses is Singapore and Australia.

Message roses convey a message to that special someone with up to 5 messages printed on the rose.

The Standard Message option allows you to select from a list of standard messages to be placed on one petal. The custom messages allow you to create you own message. You can create up to 5 custom messages. That is, a unique custom message on each of the 4 rose petals and one custom message in the center. Only certain styles of origami roses will allow the use of the center of the rose. However, you will be able to select the center for each of the custom messages if it is available in that rose style. Please note when ordering that each petal allows for up to 30 characters (spaces included). The beautiful yellow La Bella Rosa message rose is pictured below.
